Leadership Coaching
Truth be told, no one actually needs a coach. Going for it alone and relying on sheer willpower is a familiar habit for many of us.
But maybe there’s a persistent gap between what’s happening in your role as a leader, and what you want to be happening.
Or maybe you’re just weary of being ON all the time, and could use a regular time-out from needing to sound polished, confident, or even remotely mature as you unpack whatever's vexing you.
Whether you’re overcoming an inner obstacle, girding yourself to achieve a daunting goal, or aspiring to go from being good to being excellent at something important to you, I can help.
My role as your coach is to be your tuning fork, your thought partner-- and your very, very good listener. I give you a space that's slow enough and safe enough to hear your own answers.
As a wise person once said, the truth will set us free. But first? It’s really going to hiss us off. Or more likely, it'll have us falling off our chairs in chagrined laughter and tears.Â
Always with your goals in mind and in pursuit of your personal truth, we look at how you may be ignoring your intuitive gut sense. Or over/under-functioning. Or self-sabotaging.
In other words, we look at how you co-create whatever results you’re getting--either through commission or omission. Whether consciously or not. We bring your current strategies for success into the open; double-checking that they're truly working for your benefit.Â
And together we create a plan for moving forward with your insights, milestones, experiments, and rewards.
Some coaching goals past clients have aced? Here are a few:
- Have more white space to think and plan
- Listen like a pro
- Earn a reputation for making and keeping promises
- Overcome distractibility, isolation, overwhelm, burn-out
- Re-fuel like a champ
- Say and do whatever it is you’re avoiding
- Feel more at ease with whomever you find most intimidating
No one actually needs one, but with a coach on your support team, achieving what you want is more likely to happen with ease, and definitely with more lightness and fun.Â

The hardest thing about being a leader is that you have to behave yourself all day.
